Colleges Have Crappy Gyms

Since people don't like reading a bunch I am going to keep it short.
Colleges gyms suck because:

-They have incorrect safety rules that make no sense (i.e. it is not always safer to use "safety clips.")
-They have staff who don't understand weightlifting. I asked a gym staff member to give me a spot one time and he said, "What's that?" And, you definitely don't want to ask most college gym staff how to workout.
-They never have the correct equipment, or won't let you access the equipment that you need so that you can train the way that you would like. You usually can't use the studios, there is no boxing equipment, neck equipment, or deadlift jack.
